Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled if a request is made before the item is packed and dispatched. You must contact our support team immediately after placing the order with your order ID. Once approved, your order will be cancelled, and if you made an online payment, your refund will be processed within the standard timeline.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may still use the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item. Please note that the cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer.
Customized Products
Customized mattresses or specially made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. If a cancellation request is received before production, it may be accepted at the company’s discretion.
Automatic Cancellations
Universal Mattresses reserves the right to automatically cancel an order in the following circumstances:
- Payment failure or incomplete transactions.
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- Product becomes unavailable due to supply or stock limitations.
In these cases, any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed within standard banking timelines and will be credited to the original payment method.
